Program Name

Cascade Technology is a brand operated by Rainier Works LLC (“Rainier Works,” “Cascade,” “we,” “us”), which operates SMS services for field-service businesses via cascadetechnology.ai, including an estimate and invoice management program and a team job coordination program in which we send operational texts on behalf of a business to that business’s own enrolled employees and field crew. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our platform, including our SMS messaging programs.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during account setup.
• SMS message content: The content of SMS messages you send to and receive from our platform, including job details, estimate information, invoice data, and approval commands.
• Phone numbers: Mobile phone numbers used to send and receive SMS messages through our platform.
• Business data: Customer records, estimates, invoices, payment information, document templates, and related business data you create through the platform.
• Usage data: Log data, device information, and interaction records generated when you use the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate and provide the SMS-based estimate and invoice management platform.
• Process inbound SMS messages and generate automated responses, including estimate confirmations, invoice summaries, and approval requests.
• Generate and deliver estimate and invoice documents via email and SMS.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account (including OTP verification codes).
• Send transactional notifications related to your account activity (e.g., intake reminders, document delivery confirmations).
• Coordinate a subscribing business’s daily work by sending its enrolled employees and crew operational texts — action items and task assignments, schedule and inspection reminders, and project decision and status updates.
• Provide customer support when you text HELP.

SMS Messaging Program Details

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Workers who text in job details will receive automated replies for each submission. Business owners receive approval requests and status updates as estimates and invoices are created. You may receive between 1 and 50 messages per day depending on your usage.

Opt-out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

SMS Communications

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your account or business records. We do not share the name, email address, phone number, or company details you enter in our forms, your SMS content or consent, or private workspace data with Meta for advertising. Public marketing page activity is handled separately as described below.

To operate the platform, we share information with the following categories of service providers as necessary:

• Twilio: SMS message delivery and phone number verification.
• OpenAI: AI-powered extraction of job details from SMS messages and answering business data queries.
• Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery (document delivery, account notifications).
• Vercel: Application hosting and serverless infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment processing for customer invoices.

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide their respective services and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

Public Website Marketing and Cookies

When enabled, we use the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Google Ads tag on selected public marketing pages, including our Request Access page, to measure visits and successful access requests and understand how our ads perform. These providers can receive the public page URL, referral and campaign information, cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, and an event indicating that an access request was successfully submitted. We may retain campaign tags, ad click identifiers and the referring website in your browser for up to 90 days to connect a visit with a later access request.

The marketing event does not include the contents of your access request. We do not use automatic form matching or send the contact details you enter to Meta or LinkedIn. The one exception is your email address for Google: when you submit an access request or a download form, the Google Ads tag sends Google a hashed copy of it, so Google can measure on our behalf which ad led to it. We send Google nothing else you type. We do not enable marketing tracking on private dashboards, reports, payment links, or sign-in and account-recovery pages. Meta, LinkedIn and Google may use the marketing information they receive for advertising and personalization under their own policies, including Meta’s Privacy Policy, LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. SMS message content and associated business records are retained as part of your account data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls with row-level security policies.
