Messaging Programs

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Cascade Technology Corporation provides SMS services to field-service businesses (contractors, cleaners, landscapers) at cascadetechnology.ai. We operate two transactional, operational messaging programs, described below. No marketing or promotional messages are sent in either program.

Program 1 — Work Order & Invoice Management

Workers and business owners text in job details and receive generated work orders, invoices, payment links, one-time passcodes, intake reminders, and status notifications.

Program 2 — Team Job Coordination

On behalf of each subscribing business, Cascade sends automated operational text messages to that business’s own employees and field crew — the workers the business enrolls during onboarding, who have an established working relationship with the business and opt in to receive job communications. These messages coordinate the business’s daily work in a shared team thread:

Who Receives These Messages

Only a subscribing business’s own enrolled employees and field crew. A business administrator invites each worker during onboarding; the worker verifies their U.S. mobile number and checks an unchecked-by-default SMS consent box before any messages are sent. We do not message the general public, and we do not buy, rent, or sell recipient lists.

How Workers Opt In

A worker is invited by their business administrator, signs in via a secure link, and on the account setup page is shown an SMS consent disclosure directly adjacent to the action that enables SMS. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be checked to proceed; the worker cannot continue without explicitly consenting. The disclosure reads:

For the Phone sign-in method, the worker then enters their U.S. mobile number and verifies a one-time passcode (OTP) sent via SMS. Only after successful verification does Cascade begin sending coordination messages. Step-by-step screenshots of this opt-in flow are published on our SMS Consent & Messaging Disclosure page.

Sample Messages

Examples of team job coordination messages a worker may receive:

“Cascade Technology Corporation: Logged the action item ‘Order rebar for the Maple St job,’ assigned to Dana, due Fri 6/26. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

“Cascade Technology Corporation: Reminder — foundation inspection tomorrow at 9am, 142 Maple St. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

“Cascade Technology Corporation: Today’s decisions — 1) tile vendor switched to Westside, 2) drywall moved to Monday. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies with job activity, typically 1 to 50 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out & Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time — a single confirmation is sent and no further messages follow. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at scott.vojik@gmail.com.
