How compliance is calculated
Expected reports = subs on site per day x working days. Compliance = reports received / expected reports. A sub-day is one sub on site for one day.
Frequently asked questions
What is sub daily report compliance?
The share of expected subcontractor daily reports that were actually submitted. If 10 subs were on site for 20 days, you expected 200 reports. If 150 came in, compliance is 75%.
What is a good compliance rate?
As close to 100% as you can get. General contractors using Cascade Technology see 95%+ sub daily report compliance.
Why does a missing daily report matter?
A daily report is the contemporaneous record of who was on site, what got done and what held work up. Without it, delay, damage and backcharge questions come down to memory.
Is my data stored?
The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you request the PDF, and then only the result, never sub names.
How do I get subs to submit daily reports?
Make it easier than skipping it. Let foremen text their day, send automatic reminders and review reports the same day. Cascade Technology does all three, and subcontractor access is free.
