What is the difference between a pre-task plan and a JHA?

The terms are often used for the same thing: a written plan that breaks a task into steps, lists the hazards in each step and the controls for them. Some companies use "JHA" or "JSA" for a reusable analysis and "pre-task plan" for the version the crew reviews and signs that day.

Does my data get saved?

Your plan is saved in your browser so you can come back to it. Nothing is sent to Cascade Technology unless you request the PDF, and then only the trade and how many steps, hazards and permits it has, never the plan itself.

Does this replace my company's safety program?
