Sharing reports with owners

General contractors on Cascade share photos, updates, reports and files with the owner from the job site page. Owners get one feed, email or text alerts, and can ask Cascade AI plain-English questions about what has been shared. The owner portal is free for owners, and there is nothing to install.
How it works
- Add the owner to the job site. They get a welcome email.
- Share from the field: photos, updates, reports and files, straight from the job site.
- The owner gets alerts (email, text or both) and one feed they can filter by All, Photos, Reports or Files.
Ask Cascade AI
Owners can ask plain-English questions, such as what was shared about the Level 3 windows this week. Answers come only from what the contractor has shared. It never sees the rest of the project.
Sealed daily report PDFs
Each closed-out daily report PDF is sealed so any later change to it can be detected, which makes it a record both sides can trust.
